1. Feet: it is best to put your feet shoulder width apart
2. Posture:Â make sure your knees are slightly bent
3. Paddle:Â it is important to know how to hold your paddle. One hand on top of the handle and the other hand about 40 cm below it
4. Insertion: the paddle must be correctly inserted into the water. The paddle has a back and front! The front is the concave side and the back is the convex. The convex side faces forward when paddling
5. Out: the paddle has to get out of the water in time, everything behind your feet is a waste of your energy. So always make sure that the paddle comes out of the water at the height of your feet
