14 Days reflection period
After purchasing your product(s) via, you have up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your purchase. This is subject to the condition that the packaging is opened, but the product itself may not have been used. In order to guarantee a smooth handling, we recommend that you contact us before returning. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Please note: returning a Paddle board is not possible via PostNL; will try to arrange a return option for you in the event of retur. However, the costs for return are for the consumer. Any costs for the forwarding will be refunded to you.

After returning your product, you will receive the purchase amount back within two weeks at the latest.
