WooCommerce
Our online store is developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide (technical) support to us but will never use this data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, WooCommerce is obligated to implement appropriate security measures. These include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, but no personal data is collected or stored. Web Hosting
Surver
We use the web hosting and email services provided by Surver. Surver processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Surver has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the terms of our agreement, Surver is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Klaviyo
We send our email newsletters using Klaviyo. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. Each email sent automatically through our website includes an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom. You will no longer receive our newsletter if you click this link. Surver
We use Surver for our regular business email communication. This party has implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of our and your data. Surver has no access to our inbox, and we handle all our email correspondence confidentially.
Payment Processors
Mollie
For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform provided by Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, residence details, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, within this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping:
DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out our deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with DPD. DPD uses this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery agreement. If DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to those parties.

Snelstart
To maintain our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, residence details, and order information. These data are used for issuing and managing sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Snelstart is bound by confidentiality and will treat your information as confidential. Snelstart does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
