Webshop Software

WooCommerce
Our online store is developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide (technical) support to us but will never use this data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, WooCommerce is obligated to implement appropriate security measures. These include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, but no personal data is collected or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group to further improve its services.

Web Hosting

Surver
We use the web hosting and email services provided by Surver. Surver processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of their services. These are not personal data. Surver has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the terms of our agreement, Surver is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Email and Mailing Lists

Klaviyo
We send our email newsletters using Klaviyo. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. Each email sent automatically through our website includes an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom. You will no longer receive our newsletter if you click this link. Your personal data is securely stored by Klaviyo. Klaviyo uses cookies and other internet technologies to determine whether emails are opened and read. Klaviyo reserves the right to use this information to improve its services and, within this context, share data with third parties.

Surver
We use Surver for our regular business email communication. This party has implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of our and your data. Surver has no access to our inbox, and we handle all our email correspondence confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie
For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform provided by Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, residence details, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, within this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data mentioned above also apply to parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Shipping:

DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out our deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with DPD. DPD uses this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery agreement. If DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to those parties.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Snelstart
To maintain our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, residence details, and order information. These data are used for issuing and managing sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Snelstart is bound by confidentiality and will treat your information as confidential. Snelstart does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Purpose of Data Processing

General Purpose of Processing
We use your data solely to provide our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you later for any purpose other than your request, we will always ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting or administrative obligations. Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed to further improve our services. These data (for example, your IP address, web browser, and operating system) are not personal data.

Cooperation with Fiscal and Criminal Investigations
In certain cases, ISUPCENTER may be legally required to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations conducted by government authorities. In such cases, we are obliged to share your data but will resist this to the extent permitted by law.

Retention Periods

We retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will treat it as a request to erase your data. This also means that we will not retain your data for longer than two years from the last contact or transaction, unless a legal justification applies. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data for as long as the applicable statutory period requires. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile or documents once your account is closed.
